WHAT IS AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠? Aveda Plus Rewards℠ is a loyalty program that rewards you with points each time you purchase products at participating locations. 1. DOES IT COST ANYTHING TO JOIN AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠?

There is a CAD 10 $ one-time enrollment fee to join Aveda Plus Rewards℠.

2. WHERE CAN I FIND THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠?

For members who enrolled in the Program on or after March 1, 2021, these Terms & Conditions of Participation govern your participation in the Program. For members who were enrolled prior to March 1, 2021, please see Appendix A of the Terms & Conditions of Participation for the terms that govern your participation.

3. HOW DO I TERMINATE MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS℠ MEMBERSHIP IF I NO LONGER WISH TO PARTICIPATE?

You may terminate your membership by calling Aveda Plus Rewards℠ Customer Service at +1 (800) 230-8051.

4. CAN THE PROGRAM BE TERMINATED?

5. WHAT HAPPENS TO ANY POINTS I HAVE EARNED IF MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM IS TERMINATED OR EXPIRES?

6. CAN MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM BE TERMINATED?

Suspected illegal, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorized use of membership cards, vouchers, coupons and certificates or other activity inconsistent with our Aveda Plus Rewards℠ Terms and Conditions shall result in termination.

7. DOES MY MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAM EVER EXPIRE?

For members who enrolled on or after March 1, 2021, a member's account will expire if a member is inactive for a period of twelve (12) months. To keep your account active, you must make a purchase or use points to redeem an immediate discount reward from your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account within 12 months by doing one of the following: (1) logging into your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account on the Site and making a purchase; (2) presenting your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ member identification card when making a purchase at Aveda-owned retail stores (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) and institutes or at program-participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes; or (3) redeeming points/rewards online through aveda.ca, at Aveda-owned retail stores (i.e. Aveda Experience Center) and institutes or at Program-participating salons, spas, retail locations and institutes according to the Program Terms or using points to redeem an immediate discount reward. For members who first enrolled before March 1, 2021, membership and unused points will expire after December 31, 2022 if the member has been inactive for the previous twelve (12) months.

11. I FORGOT OR LOST MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS™ CARD, HOW DO I FIND MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?

12. HOW DO I IDENTIFY MYSELF IN-STORE?

You must present your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ membership card (digital or physical) or your membership identification number. You may also access your membership account details on Aveda.ca.

13. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE PURCHASES TO ACCRUE IN MY ACCOUNT?

14. HOW DO I EARN PROGRAM BENEFITS?

You'll earn 10 points for every Canadian dollar you spend on qualifying purchases at Aveda stores, participating salons, spas, institutes and Aveda.ca.
You may also earn bonus points for qualifying purchases made during exclusive promotions. Terms and conditions apply; see details of each promotion for more information. Qualifying purchases include regular-priced Aveda merchandise, and exclude sales tax, services, Aveda Gift Cards and eGift Cards, spa/salon/boutique gift cards, promotions (unless otherwise specified by us) government fees, shipping charges, delivery charges or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time. Program members also earn: 10 points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland; 10 points for every US1 $ spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in the United States; and 7 points for every €1 spent on qualifying purchases at Program-participating locations in the Republic of Ireland. Members do not earn points on purchases of Aveda Gift Cards and Aveda eGift Cards, but members will earn points when redeeming Aveda Gift Cards and Aveda eGift Cards for a qualifying Aveda purchase.

15. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

A Aveda Plus Rewards℠ membership allows you access to invite-only events, free sampling opportunities, exclusive offers and a birthday gift.

16. HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

Once you become a Aveda Plus Rewards℠ member, start shopping at Aveda stores, participating salons, spas institutes, and Aveda.ca. Use your membership number to start earning Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points toward valuable rewards. Earn 10 points for every Canadian dollar you spend on qualifying purchases at Aveda stores, participating salons, spas, institutes, and Aveda.ca.

17. HOW DO I JOIN THE PROGRAM?

Join now and pay the CA 10 $ one-time enrollment fee and earn double points on your first Aveda purchase.

18. WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO JOIN?

19. HOW DO I REDEEM MY AVEDA PLUS REWARDS™ POINTS?

Redeem your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points for rewards by logging into your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ account at Aveda.ca and choosing among your available rewards. Choisissez « Échanger », puis passez à votre panier. Aucun achat nécessaire. You may also redeem your Aveda Plus Rewards℠ points at participating locations by presenting your membership card or membership identification number. 20. WHAT IS THE IMMEDIATE DISCOUNT REWARD?

As one of our rewards, you can immediately reduce the purchase price of eligible merchandise in exchange for the redemption of a specified number of points. Minimum purchase requirements may apply; not all Program-participating locations will accept immediate discount rewards. The number of points to be redeemed to achieve a particular discount may change and there are limits on the maximum immediate discount available. Please review the terms of the immediate discount reward prior to redemption; other terms and conditions may apply. If you return a product purchased with an immediate discount reward, your points will be re-credited to your account and the purchase price will be refunded to your original method of purchase.
We may discontinue or change the terms of the immediate discount reward at any time.
The immediate discount reward may be used for the purchase of merchandise only. It may not be used to pay for services (including salon services), sales tax or shipping charges, if any. The immediate discount reward is not cash, has no cash value without a purchase and may not be altered, sold, bartered or transferred. The immediate discount reward is applied last after all other discounts. No points will be earned on the value of the immediate discount reward, but you will earn points on any incremental dollars spent on merchandise over the amount of the immediate discount reward.
